Quote The Walls Product Review
When Rebecca from Quote The Walls contacted me, I was pretty excited. I had been to the site many times, and kept thinking that one day, I would order a wall quote and find the perfect place for it. As a writer, I have always loved words. As a writer who writes about home-related topics, I have also always loved decorating. So obviously, decorating my walls with words was something I had to try. I liked that the product is affordable, and that I could select my own color, font, and size.
So, I selected my quote, my package arrived, and I was all ready to go. Here's how it went--photos and the play-by-play:
- I selected the area where my quote would go: above the French doors that lead from my formal dining room to my great room.
- I made sure the area above the doors was dust-free, and began measuring. This is the trickiest part, so make sure you double-check so you won't have a crooked quote on your wall!
- I removed the paper backing and taped the sticky sheet that contained the words onto the area.
- Using a plastic scraper, I rubbed the sheet firmly so the letters would adhere to the wall.
- I peeling the paper back slowly, making sure each letter had adhered to the wall.
- I sat back and admired my handiwork.
Here are the pics!

Interesting idea... it seems easy enough to install, but how about taking them down?
